Privacy Policy: What This Site Collects and What Happens to It

Wichita Falls Foundation Works asks for your details in one place only: the quote form on this site. The form is there so we can book a free on-site inspection and send you a written itemized quote. A phone call only collects whatever you choose to say on it. Separately, Google Analytics counts visits, as set out below.

What the form collects

The form has six boxes, and we ask for nothing beyond them.

  • your name
  • your phone number
  • your email address, which the form marks optional
  • your ZIP code
  • the project type you pick from the "What do you need?" list: slab foundation repair, pier and beam repair, foundation inspection or quote, or not sure yet
  • your message about the job

Alongside those, the form records the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's user agent string, which is what the web server hands over with any submission. There is also a hidden anti-spam box that a person never sees and never fills in.

What it is used for

It is used to call or email you back, to book the free on-site inspection and to send the written itemized quote. We do not sell it, rent it or add it to a marketing list.

Where a third party has to touch the job itself, such as a plumber for an under-slab test or a Texas professional engineer for a report, that happens only if you ask for it and agree to it first.

Who reads it and how long it is kept

The form sends an email to the address on our contact page, and that is where we read it.

Quotes and job records stay on file as long as the warranty on that job is live, because a warranty claim needs the paperwork behind it. Inquiries that never turned into a job are not kept indefinitely.

Google Analytics and cookies

Every page loads Google Analytics, a Google LLC service that shows us how the site is used. It records which pages you open, how you arrived, scrolls and link clicks, your browser and device, and an approximate location Google works out from your IP address. It does not receive what you type into the form.

It sets two cookies on this site's own address, _ga and _ga_BZPSKDLY3H, which last up to two years unless you clear them and do not follow you to other websites. Google deletes the records tied to them after 14 months at most.

We read the reports to see which pages people use. We run no advertising tags and do not use this data for ads. Google explains its side in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

To opt out, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser. The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Asking us to correct or delete it

Email admin@wichitafallsfoundationworks.com or call (940) 202-0406 and ask. You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and none of that needs a reason. Ask us to stop contacting you and that's the end of it.

This page describes what the site actually does, not what a template says it might. Google Analytics is the only third-party script here, and if anything else is ever added, this page gets a new section first. Last updated September 26, 2026.
